This petition has been filed to extend the time limit for a further period of two weeks to execute the sureties in Crl.O.P.No.23764 of 2023 dated 09.11.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended till 14.02.2024. No further time will be granted.
