O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to quash the order, dated 20/1/2012 passed by the second respondent, in Na.Ka.No.142/12/A1 and consequently, direct the second respondent to restore the petitioner's name as the lessee for Shop No.15.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he is not able to contact and get instructions from the petitioner.

3. The matter pertains to the year 2015. Considering the fact that the counsel is not able to contact his client to get instructions, this Court is of the considered view that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the Page No:2/4

matter any more. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 4/1/2023 mvs.
