Crl.M.P.No.855 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.20324 of 2023 N.ANAND VENKATESH,J., The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking extension of time to surrender before the Court pursuant to the order in Crl.O.P.No.20324 of 2023 dated 05.09.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3.This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

4.The time already granted by this Court is extended for a further period of one week from today to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20324 of 2023. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
