When the matter is taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioners is present and there is no representation for the respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that Honourable Mr.Justice N.Anand Venkatesh, in a batch of Crl.O.Ps, issued a slew of directions with regard to cases filed under Domestic Violence Act and finally held that petition for quashing under Section 482 Cr.P.C is not maintainable. 3.

This Court, in view of the Judgment in Crl.O.P.Nos.28458, 16411 of 2019 etc., batch, dated 18.01.2021 reported in (2021) 2 CTC 57 (P.Pathmanathan and others ..vs.. V.Monica and others) finds that the petition to quash filed in this Criminal Original Petition is not maintainable and dismiss this Crl.O.P.No.21421 of 2015. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
