ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to setaside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.152 of 2023 by its order dated 05.01.2023 and relax the 1/4

condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.23086 of 2022 on 05.12.2022. Some of the conditions imposed was as follows :

"(b) that the petitioner/accused shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am until further orders."

3.He would further submit that the petitioner is a resident of Chengalpet District and it is very difficult for him to comply with the above conditions. Hence, he seeks for modification of the above condition. 4.In view of the above, the conditions imposed by the Trial Court is modified as follows :- "that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., on 1st and 3rd Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders." 2/4
