This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.03.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.98 of 2015 and on account of compromise arrived at between both the parties, the same was closed on 03.04.2015. A copy of the Closure Report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.
