C.M.P.No.501 of 2020 in C.R.P.SR.No.3 of 2020 V.BHARATHIDASAN, J., The miscellaneous petition has been filed to permit the second petitioner to represent on behalf of the first respondent as Power Agent.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the first petitioner, Udayakumar is in abroad and he has given a Power of Attorney in favour of the second petitioner and hence, he seeks to permit the second petitioner to represent as power agent on behalf of the first petitioner in the suit.
3.Considering the above submission and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
13.01.2020 mrp Note : Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if it is otherwise the papers are found to be in order and post the matter on 22.01.2020 for admission .
