This petition has been filed to amend the Sections 302, 120B, 449, 414 of I.P.C instead of Sections 302 and 397 of I.P.C in Crl.O.P.No.29055 of 2023, dated 28.12.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Taking into consideration of all the factors, this petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in Crl.O.P.No.29055 of 2023 by including offences under Sections 302, 120B, 449, 414 of I.P.C and excluding Section 397 of I.P.C.

Similar amendment may also be carried out in the order copy dated 28.12.2023 and a fresh order copy to be issued.
