ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent to file final report in Crime No.1122 of 2012 dated 24.10.2010, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.Today, Mr.R.Arnold Easther, Inspector of Police, V4 Rajamangalam Police Station, Villivakkam, Chennai, is present before this Court. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions from the respondent Police that the case diary was missed and now, it has been reconstructed and that if four weeks time is granted, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed before the concerned Court.

4.Recording the submission, the respondent police are directed to complete the investigation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file final report before the concerned Magistrate. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
