PRAYER in W.P.No.2224 of 2023: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the First Respondent in Na.Ka.No.028505/E2/2016 dated 30.11.2016, quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to regularise the services of the Petitioner with effect from 15.12.2009 instead of 05.01.2020 on par with his batchmates who were permitted to join duty on 15.12.2009 for the purposes of seniority and accordingly grant promotion to the post of Elementary school headmaster when the Junior Pandiarajan Ayyanar alias Rajesh was promoted i.e. With effect from 02.01.2015 with all monetary and service benefits.
