J U D G M E N T
The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed against the order dated 08.03.2011 passed the Family Court, Pondicherry in G.O.P.No.218 of 2007. The said G.O.P was filed for the custody of the minor in the year 2007. Now the minor has attained majority and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
