Even today, when these matters were listed under the caption "For Dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioner either in the pre-lunch or post-lunch session. Further, it is represented by the learned counsel for the respondents that the relief sought for in these Writ Petitions has become infructuous. In the light of the above, this Court is left with no other alternative, but to dismiss these Writ Petitions for non-prosecution.
