Seeking a direction to the register the complaint dated 06.08.2014 in CSR No.188/2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that the petition enquiry conducted and closed by the respondent police on the complaint of the petitioner dated 06.08.2014. The said statement is recorded. 4.In view of the above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this petition however, the respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report within a period of two weeks from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
