When the above Miscellaneous Petition was posted for hearing on 09.04.2019, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant submitted that he has no instructions from his client and he wants to withdraw his appearance and hence, the matter is posted today printing the name of the petitioner/appellant. Today, (12.04.2019), when the matter is called there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner/appellant. Hence, the Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
