ORDER
This Criminal original petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to properly investigate the case in FIR No.38 of 2015 and take necessary action to file a final report against the accused persons.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into account the nature of allegations in the complaint, a blanket direction to file a final report cannot be given and instead, it would be in the interest of justice, a direction is issued to the respondent police to conduct enquiry and complete the investigation and either file a final report or closure report with due notice to the defacto complainant as the case may be, as expeditiously as possible.
