(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 to 3. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.This petition has been filed by the petitioner/wife of the first detenu V.R.Sridhar, aged about 45 years, to cause production of her husband, before this Court and to set him at liberty. Insofar as the second detenu Narasimman, son of Venkatraman, is concerned, since the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition against him, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with regard to the second detenu. 3.The first detenu V.R.Sridhar is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. The petitioner/wife of the first detenu is also present before this Court along with her two minor daughters.

4.On enquiry, the first detenu told us that he went away from his residential house on account of loss in business and that he expressed his willingness to go along with his wife/the petitioner herein.

5.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenu that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered.
