ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband aggrieved by the order passed by the III Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai in I.A.No.1 of 2025 in H.M.O.P.No.843 of 2025 granting limited visitation right.

2. When the matter came up for hearing before this court on 06.02.2026, at request of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent, the matter was referred to Mediation Centre to explore the possibilities of settlement.

3. Now, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent that both the parties reached a settlement during the mediation process and the terms of settlement has been reduced into writing and the settlement agreement dated 26.02.2026 is annexed with the Mediation Report.

4. The Mediation Centre attached to the High Court sent a report dated 26.02.2026 annexing the settlement agreement reached between the parties dated 26.02.2026 setting out the terms of compromise agreement.

5. A perusal of the same would indicate that both the parties reached an agreement regarding visitation rights, maintenance of the child, etc., Both the petitioner and the respondent, as a token of acceptance of the settlement reached, affixed their signatures and the settlement agreement has been counter signed by the respective counsel identifying their respective clients.

6. In view of the settlement reach between the parties before the Mediation Centre, this civil revision petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 26.02.2026. The said agreement signed by the parties shall form part of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
