Prayer: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to impugned order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai dated 14.02.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.4884 of 2020 and quash the same and further direct the respondent to proceed only after classification of NPA in accordance with the SARFAESI Act by first asking for explanation in accordance with law.
