ORDER
By this application, the plaintiff seeks leave to bring on record the three documents described in Schedule "A" of the Judges Summons.
2. In the affidavit in support of the application, it is stated that the document at Sl.No.1 was generated after the proceedings were initiated by the applicant/plaintiff. As regards the document at Sl.No.2, it is stated that the
document is being filed in response to the allegedly incorrect statements made by the defendant before the Court. The document at Sl.No.3 is a certificate issued under Section 63(4)(c) of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyan, 2023.
3. The defendant has filed a counter stating that reasonable cause has not been shown for filing these documents at this juncture.
4. The suit is at the pre-trial stage and, in fact, even the interlocutory applications have not been heard. In these circumstances, upon considering the explanation set out in the affidavit and being satisfied that reasonable cause is shown, A.No.130 of 2025 is allowed as prayed for. This is, however, subject to the rights of the defendant to file an affidavit of admission/denial in respect of these documents and raise objections inter alia on grounds of admissibility, relevance and proof in course of trial. 12-03-2025 2/4
