Seeking a direction to the respondent police to investigate the case in Crime No.98 of 2014 and to file final report, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor represents that investigation it almost over.

4. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to file a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate and on such report being filed, the same shall be looked into by the learned Judicial Magistrate.
