This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.617 of 2014 dated 07.04.2014 on the file of The Inspector of Police, P6 Koungaiyur Police Station, Kodungaiyur, Chennai and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate submitted that investigation in this case has been completed, final report has been filed and the case has been taken on file in S.C.No.13 of 2023.

3. In the light of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is of the view that the prayer sought by the petitioner cannot be entertained.
