Mr.Arvind Rajagopal, learned counsel of M/s.Arunachalam Associates (Law Firm) on behalf of sole writ petitioner and Ms.J.Shilpa, learned counsel representing Mr.F.B.Benjamin George, counsel on record for both the respondents (banks), are before this Virtual Court. 2. Adverting to the aforementioned e-mail, Mr.Arvind Rajagopal submits that the reference to he being instructed is a reference to instructions he has received from the writ petitioner. In other words, he has been instructed by writ petitioner to withdraw the captioned writ petition, is his say. This submission is recorded.

3. Be that as it may, learned counsel representing the counsel on record for respondents confirms that the accounts have since been settled and both the banks have no claim in the captioned writ petition.
