ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that no complaint has been received against the petitioner , but, on the contrary, the petitioner gave a complaint against some person that she borrowed money from Shanthi and subsequently she paid the amount to her. After enquiry, the said complaint was closed and hence, the question of harassment does not arise.
