The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner was granted bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.884 of 2022 by order dated 12.01.2022 and he was ordered to be released on bail on condition to deposit a initial sum of Rs.3 lakhs to the credit of Crime No.322 of 2021. However, in the order it is wrongly mentioned as to deposit the said sum within a period of three weeks. Hence, he prays for appropriate orders. 3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, paragraphs 5(a) and (b) of the order dated 12.01.2022 shall be read as follows;

(a) The petitioner is directed to initially deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Only) to the credit of Crime No.322 of 2021 and; https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

ksa-2 (b) on proof of such deposit, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing his own bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), before the Superintendent of the concerned prison, in which the petitioner has been confined and thereafter on his release;
