The learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the warrant issued against the respondents 2 and 3 became a subject matter of the challenge before this Court in W.P.No.27954 of 2015 and the warrant was also stayed. In the mean time, the 2nd respondent has also filed a suit in O.S.No.1899 of 2014 before the XIX Additional City Civil Court, Chennai and the suit was also decreed.
