Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's petition dated 05.01.2020 and to provide sufficient police protection for her business place at M/s.Sri GuruSanthi Agencies, No.9, GST Road, Sothupakkam, Melmaruvathur, Chengalpattu - 603 319.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.01.2020 and to provide sufficient police protection for her business place at M/s.Sri GuruSanthi Agencies, No.9, GST Road, Sothupakkam, Melmaruvathur, Chengalpattu - 603 319.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has sought for police protection to the premises of the petitioner to conduct the business. Since there was a dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 8 herein, in respect of the premises, the police protection cannot be granted.

3. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the civil Court for appropriate relief.
