This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 222 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case against the order in C.M.P.No.157 of 2022, dated 17.02.2022 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruchengode, Namakkal District.

2. There is no representation for the respondents. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavit is accepted and the delay of 222 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned.

The petition is ordered.
