Petition is filed seeking police protection.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor ( Puducherry) submitted that, there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent. In this regard, petitioner also lodged a complaint against the second respondent. While civil suit is dismissed for default, criminal complaint against the second respondent ended in committal for trial to Sessions Court. Hence, nothing survive in this petition.
3. In the light of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
