This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to implement the Order of the first respondent dated 19.02.2016 and consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.02.2016.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and the election has been conducted and now fresh election has also been called for and hence nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

3. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
