ORDER

This Court, while condoning the delay of 219 days in filing the appeal in C.M.A.SR.No. 60475 of 2024, directed the petitioner to pay costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) to the Taminadu Legal Aid Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 25.09.2024 and further directed that if the costs is not paid on or before 25.09.2024, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed without any reference to this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has not paid the costs within the stipulated time and hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.

3. The present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to restore C.M.P.No.14888 of 2024.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, C.M.P.No.737 of 2025 is ordered and C.M.P.No.14888 of 2024 is restored to file. The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to pay costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) to the Taminadu Legal Aid Services Authority, Chennai, forthwith. If the costs is not paid immediately, the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed without any reference to this Court.
