Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, to issue a direction to the respondent to alter the FIR pending investigation in Crime No.339 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC and include the offence under Section 307 of IPC registered by the 2nd respondent based on the petitioner's complaint.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to alter the FIR pending investigation in Crime No.339 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC and include the offence under Section 307 of IPC registered by the 2nd respondent based on the petitioner's complaint.

2. The respondent is directed to conduct the investigation diligently and effectively, if the investigation reveals that the provisions of Section 307 of IPC also attracts, he has to either file alteration report or final report including this section.
