The present petition has been filed seeking to relax a condition imposed on the petitioner in the order of this court dated 29.01.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28955 of 2023, to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Special Court for POCSO Cases at Chennai, every Monday at 10.30. am till the completion of the Trial and thereafter during the court hearing dates. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side). He would further submit that Spl.S.C.No.122 of 2022 has been assigned before the POCSO Court, Chennai and the next date of hearing is on 31.01.2025.
3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates.
