ORDER

When it is pointed out that it is not permissible to entertain a single Writ Petition seeking two separate reliefs against different authorities, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file separate Writ Petitions for each of grievances of the Petitioner and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. However, it is hastened to clarify here that no view has been expressed by this Court on the correctness or entitlement of the claims made by the Petitioner. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed. No costs.
