ORDER
On a perusal of the plaint, it appears that the plaintiff has sought the following reliefs:
"(1) a decree and judgement for permanent injunction restraining the defendants from convening an Extraordinary General Body meeting of the I defendant society for amendment of the Bye-Laws mentioned in the notice dated 27.11.2002 to be held on 20.12.2002 or any other date,
(2) To award cost of the suit and thus render justice."
