for the issue of a writ of mandamus to direct the 6th respondent school to admit the petitioner's son Sanjay Bharathi, son of Manickam (age 9) in 5th standard without any screening test by providing free education upto 8th standard with free uniforms, free education materials, free books and other needs for education.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellants, the writ appeals stand dismissed as infructuous since nothing further survives for adjudication. No costs.
