ORDER

This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking for extension of time to file the Customs Appeal.

2. Earlier, this Court had directed the petitioner to file the appeal within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, dated 05.02.2026 passed by this Court in W.P.No.27429 of 2025.

3. The learned Senior Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has not raised any serious objection for allowing this petition.

4. Since sufficient cause has been shown by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to grant extension of time to the petitioner as prayed for in this petition.

5. Accordingly, the time is extended for the petitioner to file an appeal before the competent authority, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, it is made clear that no further extension will be granted by this Court to the petitioner.

6. In the above terms, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. No costs.
