We have gone through the evidence of PW1 and PW8. The Doctor evidence reveals about the nature of injuries sustained by the deceased. Thus, the petitioner has not made out any prima facie case for grant of suspension of sentence.

2.Therefore, we are not inclined to consider the petition. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. Post the Appeal after two weeks.
