PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records connected with the impugned order vide SE.MU.NA.KA.No.1015/a1/2010 dated 08.12.2010 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st Respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.05.2010 in accordance with law.
