This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Saturday and Sunday at 5.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.4682 of 2023 dated 10.04.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month on any working day at 10.30 a.m., till framing of charges, apart from the Court hearing dates.
