ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned VI Assistant City Civil Judge at Chennai to complete the trial in O.S.No.2721 of 2022 within a stipulated time frame.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the proceedings in O.S.No.2721 of 2022 is pending before the learned VI Assistant City Civil Judge at Chennai. It is further submitted that the matter has been pending and therefore appropriate directions may be issued for expeditious disposal of the said proceedings.

4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner in the present Civil Revision Petition, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the trial Court for early disposal of the case.

5. Accordingly, the learned VI Assistant City Civil Judge at Chennai, is directed to dispose of O.S.No.2721 of 2022 within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs.
