Heard Mr. R.Prabakar, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. R.Venkatesh, Learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the First Respondent, and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First Respondent, on instructions, states that the enquiry on the Revision in Na.Ka.15771/2016/Pa2 dated 30.09.2016 filed by the Petitioner has been fixed on 20.02.2020 before the First Respondent and that notice would be issued to all parties concerned including the Petitioner and the Second and Third Respondents for the same. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has acknowledged the receipt of a copy of the same and he has made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The Petitioner and other concerned parties shall attend the hearing on the said date as well as on the subsequent dates to which it is adjourned and extend their co-operation for the expeditious disposal of the matter. It shall be ensured that there is atleast one effective hearing every week showing progress of the case. The First Respondent after giving full opportunity of hearing to all parties concerned, shall consider each of their contentions and pass reasoned order on merits and in accordance with law and communicate the decision taken to all parties under written acknowledgment and file a report of such compliance before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court by 30.04.2020.

The Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. No costs. Notice to the Second and Third Respondents are dispensed with.
