This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31020 of 2024 by an order dated 13.12.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kilvelur, Nagapattinam District in PRC No.39 of 2024.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31020 of 2024 dated 13.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Kilvelur, Nagapattinam District, on 27.01.2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the learned Magistrate.
