This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19/10/2024 and to take action as per the order of the first respondent dated 29/10/2024 within a stipulated time.
2. Mr.R.U.Dinesh Rajkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
3. In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel appearing for either side, this petition is taken up for final disposal.
4. The case of the petitioner is that pursuant to the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 19/10/2024, the first respondent had directed the second respondent, vide, letter dated 29/10/2024 to take action. Since the second respondent had not taken any action, the petitioner has come forward with the instant writ petition.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would be suffice if this Court issues a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19/10/2024 and pass orders on the same Page No:2/4
within a particular time frame as fixed by this Court.
6. The learned Additional Government Pleader has no objection for the said order being passed and he fairly conceded that the petitioner's representation dated 19/10/2024 will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within the time stipulated by this Court.
7. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19/10/2024 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
8. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. 22/1/2025 mvs.
