PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, after calling for the records relating to the Common Order Rc.No.30980/E2/2010 dated 21.04.2011 issued by the 2nd respondent rejecting the representations dated 1/4

09.12.2010, 13.12.2010, 14.12.2010 and 10.01.2011 made by the respective petitioners and quash the same as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to extend the benefits of the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 01.07.2008 in W.P.No.28492 of 2006 as confirmed in W.A.No.1398 of 2008 dated 21.04.2009 and grant all attendant service benefits to the petitioners, including monetary benefits, awards costs and pass such other orders or directions as may be deemed fit and proper to meet the ends of justice. O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed calling for the records relating to the Common Order Rc.No.30980/E2/2010 dated 21.04.2011 issued by the 2nd respondent rejecting the representations dated 09.12.2010, 13.12.2010, 14.12.2010 and 10.01.2011 made by the respective petitioners and quash the same as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents to extend the benefits of the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 01.07.2008 in W.P.No.28492 of 2006 as confirmed in W.A.No.1398 of 2008 dated 21.04.2009 and grant all attendant service benefits to the petitioners, including monetary benefits, awards costs. 2/4

2. A similar case in which same kind of prayer was sought for, already stands allowed by the Division Bench of this Hon'ble Court in W.A.Nos. 2782 of 2012 and etc. Batch.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Respondents that the present Writ Petition was left out of the batch, therefore, the order of the Hon'ble Division Bench is binding on the petitioner as well as on the respondent.
