ORDER

This writ petition is filed for issuance of a writ of certiorari to quash the impugned order namely G.O.(Ms).No.13 dated 22.01.2013. The impugned Government Order is regarding to the apportionment of seats between the Government and the Management for the academic year 2013-2014.

2. In view of the fact that the admission and the cause of action for the whole admission process is over for the academic year 2013-2014, this court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

3. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
