Muthu Gounder (Died) v. The Joint Registrar

It is reported that the sole appellant Muthu Gounder reported dead and the proposed parties are the grand son of the said Muthu Gounder. No serious objection. Hence, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.

2. The Registry is directed to amend the cause title in two weeks and post the matter after four weeks.
