Defendants Prayer: This Civil Suit is filed under Order VII Rule 1 of CPC r/w Order IV Rule 1 OS Rules : directing each of the plaintiffs is entitled to 1/8th share i.e, 3/8th share collectively 2nd item in Schedule A and B properties more fully described hereunder and 3/7th share in the item No.1 in Schedule A; to direct division of properties by meas and bounds according to convenience of enjoyment good and bad soil and put the plaintiffs in separate possession of their respective 1/8th and 1/7ths hare; directing the defendants to pay the plaintiffs the past profit at the rate of Rs.60,000/- per year for three years prior to suit i.e, from March 1992 i.e., Rs.1,80,000/-; directing an enquiry into future profits from item 2 of "A" Schedule properties from the date of suit till the date of possession.
