This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 6(b), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.29797 of 2024, dated 06.12.2024, that the petitioners shall report before the Respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 6(b), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.29797 of 2024, dated 06.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every first Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
