ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent herein to take further action based on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.12.2021 and direct the respondent police to register the First Information Report within a time fixed by this Court. Page No.1 of 4

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was cheated with forged encumbrance certificate and documents. Believing the same to be true, the petitioner had paid Rs.5,00,000/- as advance and he has been now cheated, for which, the petitioner had lodged complaint on 10.12..2021, but no action has been taken.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint of the petitioner, both the petitioner and the counter complainant summoned and at that time, they arrived at a settlement and the counter complainant paid back Rs.4,50,000/- and the same was recorded. Therefore, further action dropped in this matter. 4.Recording the above submissions, this criminal original petition is closed.
