The learned counsel on either side submitted that the parties have arrived at a compromise and only certain articles needs to be exchanged between the parties. For that purpose, the learned counsel wanted the matter to be referred to the Mediation Centre.

2.The parties shall be present before the Mediation Centre on 16.07.2019 at 3.15 pm., and the Mediator shall enable the parties to exchange the articles and shall complete the process of mediation within a period of one week and submit a report before this Court.
